We are seeking motivated and highly skilled individuals to join our technical operations team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you will grow your career while making a real impact.


You would be in charge of:

  • Helping with data management and analysis

  • Being responsible for onboarding and offboarding our team members on our tools

  • Taking care of technical customer support, answering intercom and emails

  • Troubleshoot issues reported by users or alerts

  • Managing customer technical requests with a 24hs SLA

  • Keep our part data updated and upload datasheets

  • Hosting daily standups for the software team

  • Conducting monthly audits to our IT operations

  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

  • Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with team members and customers

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree
  • Extremely competent in learning new tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in their career
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with social media and marketing is a plus
  • Experience with data (SQL)  is a plus
