You would be in charge of:
Helping the team with various IT requests
Support our Customer Success team by preparing materials and analyzing data for our partners
Managing customer technical requests with a 24hs SLA
Keep our part data updated and upload datasheets
Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with team members and customers
