You would be in charge of:
Helping with data management and analysis
Being responsible for onboarding and offboarding our team members on our tools
Taking care of technical customer support, answering intercom and emails
Troubleshoot issues reported by users or alerts
Managing customer technical requests with a 24hs SLA
Keep our part data updated and upload datasheets
Hosting daily standups for the software team
Conducting monthly audits to our IT operations
Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with team members and customers
