You would be in charge of:

  • Helping the team with various IT requests

  • Support our Customer Success team by preparing materials and analyzing data for our partners

  • Managing customer technical requests with a 24hs SLA

  • Keep our part data updated and upload datasheets

  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

  • Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with team members and customers



  • 1+ years of startup experience
  • Engineering degree
  • Extremely competent in learning new tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in their career
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
