Test and Support Engineer

SnapEDA (YC W16) is looking for a Test and Support Engineer to join our growing team as we pursue our mission to help engineers design electronics faster.

SnapEDA is a search engine used by over 1 million professionals to design electronics, who are creating everything from medical devices to automotive electronics, to space technologies. What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for manual tests, debugging, and defining actions to ensure our applications are running smoothly. You will work in collaboration with our software team in their continuous build & deployment process. You are also expected to write tests to assess the front-end and back end to access the functionality of our platform.


  • Assoc or BS in Computer Science, IT or related field.

  • Prefer doing manual testing
  • Good at solving problems, delves to find the root cause of the problem, and even better at asking questions.
  • Self-motivated, especially with respect to learning new software tools and best practices in software quality assurance.
  • Must be very keen on details, has initiative, ambitious, and a go-getter.
  • Ability to work on multiple hats and can work on some support tasks too.
  • Excellent Communicator.

Note: Role is remote only, focusing on candidates in Europe and/or Asia timezone.
